Submission of abstracts is required for all review, highlight and splinter talks as well as for posters.

If not stated otherwise by the convenors of splinter and special meetings, please meet the deadline 18-Aug-2014 for the submission of abstracts of all talks and posters.

All participants will receive a complimentary USB stick kindly donated by the Erlangen Centre for Astroparticle Physics ECAP. The sticks will contain all abstracts and

the pdf versions of those conference posters which are sent to the conference mail account:     This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

Abstracts must be prepared using the AG2014 LaTeX template. For abstract submission, please rename the template and the compiled pdf version according to your name,

e.g. name_of_first_author.tex/pdf and submit these two files by email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Please indicate in the subject line of your email whether the abstract is for a talk or a poster.

If you want to submit more than one abstract, use name_of_first_author_1, name_of_first_author_2, ...

The abstract must not exceed one single page (compiled version). Do not change the page format, font size, etc. and do not create any own macro.

Only abstracts submitted according to these guidelines will be accepted. The LOC and the convenors of splinter meetings will reject any other direct submissions to them.
